While some Cavaliers needing homes have special needs or ongoing medical concerns, most are healthy and their medical needs are taken care of while in rescue. Coco’s Heart Dog Rescue is a foster-based, volunteer-driven rescue and has found loving homes for over 17,950+ animals including dogs, cats, pocket pets, and even farm animals since May 2010. We spent approximately $1,150,000 on animal care expenses in 2021. We will have updated information to share for 2023, the year 2022 was very much a year of transition with our move to in-house care, equipment purchases and general set-up, etc.
